As a Senior Artist in Guildford, you will be making a significant contribution to not only the games in creation but the team and the company. You will be creating games which unlock people’s imaginations, building a new multiplayer cooperative game in an exciting, small company.

This small but rapidly growing studio is striving to help their players express themselves in fun and unique ways. They’re currently building a new multiplayer game so it’s the perfect time to join the team! Requirements

• Able the create and develop 2D visualisation, through from concept creation to game-ready 3D realisation
• Confidence in your 2D concepting and 3D modelling skills
• Previous experience in leading art-related areas in shipped games and projects
• Comfortable communicating artistic ideas to a wider team and giving and receiving feedback

Responsibilities

• Taking a unique concept and expanding it into a visually beautiful realisation
• Communicating the artistic vision to senior management to create full realised 3D worlds
• Creating assets both 3D and 2D and executing the games visual direction
• Managing and communicating the visual direction of the team to the senior management
