  • Leadership & Organisation: Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Agility: Ability to adapt to an agile work environment and implement best practices in video game production.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Autodesk Shotgrid, is advantageous.

Your Experience:

  • Industry Background: At least 5 years of experience as a Game Artist, including a minimum of 3 years in a management or project leadership role.

What We Offer:

  • Perks: A variety of sports, fitness, and entertainment activities, along with healthy meals provided in the office.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and 24 days of paid holiday.

Years of experience and salary levels are shown purely as a guide. We will only consider applications from candidates that can demonstrate the skills or experience required for the role.
