In this AI Engineer role, you will help create, manage, and evolve AI for an internally developed multiplayer shooter in Unreal Engine.
In your first few weeks in this AI Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Design and implement AI systems and features
- Author AI behaviours for in-game characters
- Maintain and extend documentation on AI features and systems
- Work with the design team to create AI gyms and other methods of testing AI interaction.
To apply for this AI Engineer role, you will need 5+ years of experience shipping titles as a gameplay or AI engineer. You will also require the following:
- A good understanding of different aspects of game AI (navigation, behaviour trees, etc)
- Modern C++ development skills
- Debugging and profiling skills
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
