SAP TIME Lead (Italia)

We are seeking a SAP Italy TM Senior Consultant to provide high-quality application maintenance consultancy to our outsourced clients. This role involves offering advice, guidance, technical support, and problem-solving within the Human Resources field, particularly focusing on SAP HR Time Management module for Italy.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality support in Human Resources, with a strong interest in maintaining high standards.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Maintain a service-oriented attitude with a strong focus on client focus and accountability.
• Demonstrate commitment to customers, teams, and projects.
• Possess knowledge of Italian laws relevant to Human Resources and SAP HR Time Management.
• Translate functional descriptions into technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in SAP HCM solution architecture for Italy, focusing on the SAP HR Time Management module.
• Experience in application maintenance with knowledge of Employee Central and Fiori considered an asset.
• Understand general flows in Global HRIS systems and SAP HR architecture.

You Have:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
