SAP Payroll Lead

A SAP Payroll Lead opportunity is available for a skilled professional to join our client’s team on a remote contract basis. This role involves developing the technical and functional vision for SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring successful implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvements for Payroll systems, particularly for Mexico.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical and functional vision for SAP Payroll solutions in line with project requirements.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of Payroll systems, ensuring technical and functional success.
• Collaborate with the technical team to maintain and enhance country-specific Payroll solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Support customers with incidents, change requests, and complex problem resolution related to Payroll processes.
• Analyse and document Payroll-related processes to drive operational improvements.

You Have:

• Extensive experience in Payroll Mexico (senior level), with more than 6 years in Payroll implementation and AMS maintenance.
• Strong customer communication skills with a results-oriented focus.
• Proven ability to analyse and document Payroll-related processes.
• Experience leading SAP Payroll projects and resolving technical application issues.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Eligibility to work remotely but must not reside in Mexico.
