Are you an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant looking for your next opportunity?

Skillsearch is looking for an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to join a leading organisation and support outsourced clients with payroll project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main customer-facing contact, gathering and understanding client requirements.
• Lead payroll project implementations through all project phases.
• Provide application support and consultancy, offering expert guidance and technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, error-free implementations in line with best practices.
• Conduct system testing to verify applications meet agreed specifications.
• Create and maintain both technical and functional documentation.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and project priorities.
• Regularly report on project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
• Involvement in 3+ German project rollouts.
• Strong client focus with a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
• German payroll expertise.
• German language proficiency.
