SAP HR Payroll Lead

Are you an experienced Payroll Lead with expertise in Belgian payroll and SAP HR? This remote role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on payroll support, manage complex ticket requests, and drive automation improvements for clients across Belgium and the EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and defined standards.

• Handle complex payroll-related queries and provide expert support to both internal teams and clients.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll integration issues and optimise workflows.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency across payroll processes while ensuring adherence to regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and SAP HR functionalities.

• Technical affinity with the ability to support payroll automation and process enhancements.

• Oracle knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a structured team environment.

• Experience in handling payroll-related requests and queries from both clients and internal teams.
