As an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be key in ensuring all client configuration requirements are correct. You will collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to support and guide data migrations and operational activities.
In your first few weeks in this SAP Payroll Consultant role, you can expect to:
- Partner with clients to understand their current payroll requirements to propose effective Alight solutions
- Capture and document client requirements as appropriate and create the relevant work packages according to the agreed signed of solutions
- Direct the solution design, review and alignment of deliverables
- Oversee lessons-learned activities from a functional and technical point of view
- Provide deliverables and project objectives in accordance with resources assigned to the project.
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent. You will also require the following:
- Exceptional SAP Payroll functional and technical implementation and configuration experience
- Extensive experience leading a project team delivering SAP payroll implementations for country-specific clients
- An exceptional understanding of country-specific Payroll legislation and practices
- Experience in a consulting role within a payroll technology environment.
In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you'll receive a salary of €70,000 to €75,000 and a generous benefits package, joining a friendly and inclusive culture.
