SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a SAP PY German Consultant to play a key role in the technical and functional success of large-scale SAP HCM and Payroll implementations. If you have deep expertise in SAP Payroll, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring technical and functional success
• Solve complex technical challenges related to SAP HCM and Payroll
• Conduct system analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Provide expertise and recommendations to improve customer-specific solutions and the broader SAP platform
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customers
• Apply structured methodologies to problem-solving and project management
• Act as a technical reference, providing coaching and mentoring to team members
• Manage workloads efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Broad understanding of Human Resources processes and technical platforms
• Fluent in German and English
