Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This contract role is for a nine-month contract, is remote working and offers a favourable rate of 500 EUR per day and the chance to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
As an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, you will apply best practices, country-specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Direct overall architecture definition and deliverables planning for the project assigned
- Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review and alignment of deliverables and ensure his project team adhere to all standards
- Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned
- Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project
To apply for this flexible SAP HCM Functional Consultant role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis or equivalent. You will also require the following:
- Expertise with statutory and country-specific knowledge
- 3-4 years of leadership and implementation experience in ERP implementations, preferably SAP
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in technical resources in complex and challenging development and implementation environments
- Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and implementation
