SAP HCM French Payroll Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM French Payroll Lead responsible for implementing the SAP HCM payroll module for international clients. This role requires deep expertise in French payroll processes and SAP HCM configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead management, implementation, and maintenance projects for international clients.
• Configure payroll settings including cycles and schemes, focusing on the nuances of French payroll.
• Handle remuneration, contributions, employer guarantees, pay slips, transfers, and payroll accounting.
• Coordinate the development and configuration efforts across the project.
• Manage administrative tasks related to payroll processing, including data collection and entry.
• Conduct monthly controls of regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required by the project or client needs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HRIS, specifically in a consulting environment with substantial experience in implementing/configuring the SAP HCM PY module.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time module is a beneficial addition.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
