The Role – Retail / F&B / Mall Experience Director

As the Retail / F&B / Mall Experience Director, you will be responsible for shaping immersive and forward-thinking customer experiences. With a strong strategic vision, you will lead concept development and collaborate with global partners to create engaging and impactful environments that redefine the future of retail and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop world-class customer experiences that define the future of retail and F&B spaces.
• Foster international collaboration, leveraging experience working across diverse cultures to create globally appealing concepts.
• Utilise in-depth knowledge of global behavioural and technology trends to inform design and operational strategies.
• Manage relationships with brands, facility owners, lead architects, production companies, and developers to ensure seamless project alignment.
• Proactively drive innovative concepts that enhance guest experiences and set new industry benchmarks.
• Support additional creative initiatives, including RFP reviews and vendor mentorship, ensuring high-quality ideation and execution.
• Collaborate with some of the world's leading brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years of experience in creating and developing high-impact customer experiences.
• Proven international experience and ability to work effectively across diverse cultural landscapes.
• A relevant degree in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong understanding of global trends in consumer behaviour and technology within the retail and F&B sectors.
