In her time off you can find Kelly snowboarding or enjoying the countryside in the New Forest – unfortunately not at the same time – spending time with her lovely family and pets, playing netball, pilot gig rowing, running, making homemade pizza... Associate Director of Games and Interactive
Our Associate Director, Joe, joins Giles in heading up our Games and Interactive division, his passion springing from being blown away by the effects in Star Wars at a young age. His love hasn’t wavered and Joe always seems to bring out a new Star Wars t shirt every dress down we have! We are lucky to have him considering that he once got stuck half way up a mountain in Borneo so now he goes for flatter holidays – most recently driving across America in a Mustang.

Senior Oracle Consultant
Our Oracle expert, Mark, has dedicated nearly a decade to growing our Oracle practice here at Skillsearch. He is a keen cricketer who bats a bit, bowls a bit less and is amazing at standing in the field. A Manchester United fan and a proud Father, Mark holds the record for having more things from Amazon delivered to the office than everyone else combined. He also has an infectious laugh so try and get him going when you speak to him.
Andy Demetriou
Principal Game Design & Production Consultant
Andy leads our Game Design and Production division on our games team and his favourite games are narrative-based, survivor horror and strategy so Andy is a great person to have on your side during a zombie apocalypse! Aside from gaming, his spare time is dedicated to trying lasagne from as many different Italian restaurants as humanly possible. Her favourite things to do around Brighton are visits to Devils Dyke and Ditchling Beacon to enjoy the wonderful scenery so with this and her love of words we imagine that in another life she would’ve been the heroine in a Jane Austen novel or Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

Jack heads up our Interactive and Immersive division in our games team and he’s a great fit for the role thanks to his love of all things XR, including *trigger warning* The Metaverse. With a background in recruitment in other industries, Jack decided to move himself, his partner and his daughters from London to the coast and take on a new challenge in an industry he’s passionate about, which is where he found us! Ryan leads our dev team, focusing on scouting out the best programmers in the industry! We think he’s working here mostly get his hands on new Lord of the Rings VR experiences as soon as they come out although, with his level of knowledge, maybe he should be helping make them instead! He is one of the few people on the team that is a born and bred Brightonian. In fact he has never moved far - to the point where last time he moved, it was only 2 doors down from his old place!
Giles Fenwick
Director of Games and Interactive
Giles runs our Gaming & Interactive division and specialises in forming tight knit teams, whether that’s for a studio or in our office. He represented his county at rugby for every age group from 12 onwards which no doubt helped him to cultivate his excellent understanding of team dynamics. Giles is known for his warmth and willingness to take time to work through any issues that may arise, although make sure you don’t try and share his food as then you won’t be getting a warm welcome – Giles doesn’t share food!

Chay works alongside Katie and Ryan as a Games Programming Resourcer after a dramatic career change from being a plumber, so you can be sure to count on Chay to get you unstuck from an unideal job and smoothly into a new role!
