As a Resource & Talent Manager at this studio in London, you will be working with some of the biggest brands in the games and entertainment industry, working to ensure the studio runs effectively through arranging external talent and suppliers and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time. 

This studio works on award-winning campaigns for some of the biggest and most famous game studios around the world. If you like the sound of working with the best talent around and the best games around, then you’ll be a great fit here. 

Resource & Talent Manager responsibilities: 

• Research and plan for resource and talent needs at all stages of production 

• Develop and run talent shortlisting 
• Ensure in-house talent workload is managed and scheduled in advance 
• Enforce recording of bookings and time spent on projects 
• Book talent and suppliers 
• Negotiate rates, T&Cs, facilitate signing contracts, etc. 

• Find talent solutions across workstreams 
• Keep in contact with the extended talent pool 
• Identify good quality freelance suppliers 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

• Strong experience in talent/freelance and supplier procurement across agency workflow 

• Experience in talent and supplier scheduling and management in a busy production environment 
• Experience collaborating with in-house producers and creatives 
• Experience reporting and escalating issues to leadership teams 
• Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
