As a Recruiter at this thriving game studio in London, you will be looking after the recruitment process to build out the team here, sourcing candidates, qualifying them and looking after them throughout the recruitment process, as well as managing external recruiters to ensure prosperous relationships. 

This studio is doing ground-breaking work using the latest VR technology to change the way the medical industry operates. If you want to be involved in shaping the future of surgeons and have the chance to use your skills for something truly meaningful, this is the opportunity for you. 

Recruiter responsibilities: 

• Set the recruitment strategy for the studio 
• Work to understand the needs of hiring managers and their team 
• Find suitable candidates from a range of sources 
• Contact and qualify candidates 
• Manage candidate progress throughout the recruitment process 
• Ensure a great candidate experience 
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies 
• Recommend ways to improve the employer brand
