Skillsearch is helping a games studio find an experienced and collaborative QA Team Lead to join a thriving team in Katowice, Poland. This full-time comes with a generous salary and benefits package, including a relocation package.
As a QA Lead, you will partner closely with Project Managers to understand, manage and integrate projects into the overall workflow by communicating needs proactively and effectively. You will also participate in leadership meetings to support the development of project briefs.

To apply for this role, you will need relevant experience in a similar role in the video games or related industries. You will also require the following:
- An understanding of QA strategy and QA plan building
- Working knowledge of risk management in the context of the QA process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
