Skillsearch is helping a games studio hire a QA Release Manager to join their welcoming team in Guildford. The role comes with a generous salary and many excellent benefits.
Reporting to the Senior Producer, you’ll help with the development team to ensure successful project releases. In six months, you will own the release process.
In your first few weeks in this Release Manager role, you can expect to:
- Working with the build engineer and leads to get the builds out the door
- Learning how the game works, and how the production process and team operate
- Get familiar with the current release processes and give actionable feedback.
To apply for this QA role, you will need at least three years of experience in QA and experience working on a live service game. You will also require the following:
- Experience with release management or interest in moving into it
- Experience with applications such as JIRA, Confluence or TestRail
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
