As a QA Manager at this studio in Seattle, you will play a key role in the studio as you manage the QA team, develop the testing strategy, coach the team, and a whole lot more! QA Manager responsibilities: 

• Create and implement testing strategy 
• Build, coach, mentor and develop the QA team 

• Develop plans for the QA discipline 
• Identify opportunities to improve work, project quality and the studio as a whole 

Essential requirements for this role in Seattle: 

• Extensive prior professional AAA experience in QA 
• Experience managing people and developing a team 

• Strong leadership skills 
• Able to define and improve strategy 
• Team player
