Remote Publishing Manager 

We’re looking for a talented Publishing Manager with a passion for hyper-casual games to take on a key, autonomous role at a leading mobile game studio! Sound interesting? Read on to find out more... 

As a Publishing Manager at this fully remote organisation, you will be playing a key role in sourcing talented developers, onboarding and coaching them, keeping up to date with the latest trends and much more, all whilst working with a remote team based in China. 

This mobile game studio has an international presence and offers mobile marketing and game publishing solutions to a global market. With teams across the world and their games having over 500 million downloads to date, this is a great time to join an innovative team. 

Publishing Manager key responsibilities: 

  • Source great game studios and talented developers 
  • Nurture relationships with game developers at studios 
  • Onboard, coach and work with game developers 
  • Work remotely with the Chinese team as well as independently 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the market 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

  • Significant prior industry experience in hyper casual games 
  • Background in game design or product management 
  • Understanding and knowledge of the casual and hyper casual game market 
  • Able to deliver valuable insights 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Able to assess the mobile game publishing process 
  • Able to work in a challenging environment, remotely 
  • Interested in the mobile games industry and the games industry in general
