Project Manager

Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager who thrives in remote environments and knows how to lead development teams to deliver high-quality results on time?

This role is a great opportunity to oversee complex technical projects, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure smooth delivery of milestones from planning through to Live Ops - all while working fully remotely.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing clear and structured project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Overseeing progress across development, technical, and art teams to ensure milestones are consistently met.
• Managing resources across multiple departments, ensuring the right talent is allocated at the right time.
• Providing regular, transparent project updates to stakeholders in a structured and accessible format.
• Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent delays or blockers.
• Ensuring output quality meets technical and artistic standards throughout the project.
• Planning and supervising Live Ops activities to support ongoing releases, updates, and in-game events.
• Maintaining high operational standards and supporting the team with clear communication and guidance.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in technical project management, game development, or software engineering projects.
• A strong technical foundation with an understanding of game development workflows (experience with FiveM or RP environments is a bonus).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage remote and distributed teams effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple streams of work.
