Project and Operations Manager – 12989

Are you experienced in handling print production processes? Do you want to be actively involved in transforming the way that children learn? This could be an exciting new opportunity for you!

As a Project and Operations Manager, you will be working remotely, running the financial models of the companies’ operations, and pulling insights and forecasts from a wealth of data. You will be managing the operations and projects across the print and digital products in this diverse role, assisting writers, artists, and designers in the scheduling of their work at all stages from creation to delivery and will be an integral part of the team across all areas of business!

  • Comfortable handling the end-to-end print production process and being actively involved in the day-to-day tasks that this entails
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, overseeing and managing a rapidly expanding global supply chain
  • Understanding of defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners
  • Previously worked with Clickup or equivalent such as Asana and Trello
  • Comfortable with financial modelling, logistics, and project management


  • Handling the operational elements of the end-to-end print production process, from the gathering of quotes to the strategic deal-making with new suppliers in new territories
  • Building and managing relationships with the companies’ network of printers and fulfilment houses in the UK and US so that print products are delivered to customers on time and to a high quality
  • Creating project timelines, workflows and implementation schedules for the print product teams and using project management tools such as Clickup and Slack, and identifying the areas for improvement and recommendations for the senior leadership team
  • Handling any supply chain issues with cost efficiency in mind whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing the production of sales materials
