Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative tax system specialist to join our SaaS client's inclusive and thriving team in Utrecht. This Programme Manager contract offers an excellent per-day rate and has a hybrid working model.
As a Tax System Specialist, you will focus on acquisition from the market for a levy (i.e., turnover tax).
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Provide functional guidance to a project team
- Direct and monitor the planning of the preparation and implementation of the outsourcing
- Maintain contact with the supplier regarding the project plan and monitor it
- Make governance agreements about the implementation.
To succeed in this flexible role, you should have experience with ICT transition, transformation and restructuring issues within large organisations together with demonstrable knowledge of sourcing and the tender processes within the government and/or non-profit sector. Other essential requirements include:
- An interest in political environments
- A customer-oriented, communicative and creative approach
- Good communication and interlocutor skills.
