Product Director in London

As a Product Director at this studio in London, you will be taking on responsibility for the product and customer lifecycle as you define the product roadmap to drive success and customer engagement throughout games. 

This studio is passionate about transforming the way children learn. Working with data science experts and amazing illustrators, they’re ensuring academic success with their easy-to-use experiences that ensure accelerated performance for reading and writing. 

Product Director key responsibilities: 

  • Assess business trends and ensure products will be a success amongst competitors 
  • Identify benefits of products to assist marketing teams 
  • Design a product roadmap with input from stakeholders and clients 
  • Lead and manage testing, analysis and player research 
  • Manage product marketing and messaging and develop product marketing and client feedback 
  • Ensure products are developed on time and are aligned to market needs 
  • Bridge the gap between consumer demand and meeting metrics 
  • Establish KPIs 
  • Mentor and provide feedback throughout product discipline 
  • Develop features with the end user in mind 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • Extensive experience working on product management in the games industry 
  • Full product life cycle experience 
  • Experience of product innovation, monetisation, analytics 
  • Track record in establishing, measuring and achieving KPIs 
  • Experience driving initiatives with the outcome of increased player engagement 
  • Strong understanding of product management, life cycle, lean product development and agile practices 
  • Management experience in the games industry
