Producer

Skillsearch is looking for a skilled and collaborative Producer with some experience working on AA+ PC/Console games to help our client successfully develop and release new and exciting cross-play content. This full-time Game Producer role is remote in Europe and offers an attractive salary and benefits. 

As a dedicated Producer, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day growth of the game by taking ownership of features or parts of the team. You will also collaborate closely with the senior production team to achieve project milestones according to available resources and priorities. 

In your first few weeks in this Game Producer job, you can expect to: 

• Utilise project management tools like Confluence and JIRA to monitor progress and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines 
• Assist the team in generating and maintaining documentation, including monitoring, visualising and reporting work progress 
• Participate in team discussions about development methodologies, pipelines and workflows, bringing your unique perspective 
• Help create, manage and coordinate release schedules for upcoming product launches 
• Plan and coordinate meetings, generate and distribute notes, and follow up on agreed-upon action items 

To apply for this Producer role, you will need experience working on an AA+ title for PC or Console and at least two years in a production, release manager or technical lead role. You should also be proficient with standard project management development tools such as Confluence and JIRA. In addition, you must have a good grasp of management methodologies like Scrum, Agile and Waterfall. Familiarity with productivity suites like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
