Producer

Skillsearch is working with a gaming studio looking for an experienced Producer to join our client's welcoming team in developing an exciting new Dark Sci-Fi Shooter project with cooperative gameplay! This full-time Producer role is based remotely (with the option of hybrid at studios based in Oxford, Warwick, Liverpool, and Wakefield) and offers a favourable salary and benefits. 

You will be joining a small, passionate, and experienced team with a proven record of delivering quality experiences. 

If you were already working there last week, here are some of the things you would be doing: 

• Monitor the day to day running of the project, identifying, and solving problems 
• Help define and scope core goals and scope of the game to ensure that they are in accordance with all stakeholder requirements including budget and timescale 
• Create and maintain milestone deliverables and definitions to ensure maximum visibility on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle 
• Ensure that timely reporting and fixing of bugs and defects are maintained throughout the end phase 

To apply for this Producer role, you will need professional experience as a Producer, ideally having shipped a console or PC title. You will also require the following: 

• A successful track record in project management of medium to large-scale projects 
• Experience managing individuals using best practice people management techniques 
• Experience working within an Agile development environment
