Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Producer to join our client's welcoming and thriving team. This full-time Producer and Account Handler role is based in London with the flexibility to work from home and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.  

As a Producer, you will work with clients and company teams to take briefs, communicate feedback and build great relationships. You will also plan and oversee all stages of the production process, ensuring projects are delivered to the best of the company's creative abilities, on time, to specification and on budget. Please note that this position requires the ability to work long hours and weekends and travel within the UK if needed. 

In your first few weeks in this Producer and Account Handler job, you can expect to: 

  • Manage and run projects so that the output is creatively excellent whilst being delivered on time and within budget 
  • Communicate the requirements of client projects, ensuring these are identified in written briefs 
  • Take and give project feedback throughout the project, ensuring comprehensive debriefs take place with the client upon completion of projects 
  • Source creative talent options and decide on the best creative and production approach to achieve the brief 
  • Create project budgets and schedules to ensure the company achieves benchmarks and delivers a high-quality result 

To apply for this Producer role, you will need significant experience in producing, project management and account handling in a production company or agency. You will also require extensive experience in a production, post-production, animation or videogames environment. In addition, you should have expertise in client handling and be educated to a degree level or have relevant experience. An interest in games and entertainment and good computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Suite, are also essential.
