Do you have game development experience and want to help develop a brand-new title on PC and next-generation platforms from start to finish? If so, Skillsearch wants to hear from you. We are seeking a full-time Producer to work on a new co-development project in London. The role offers a salary of £50,000 and an excellent benefits package for your expertise. 

The Producer will work with a multi-disciplinary team of programmers, artists, and designers to oversee the creation and implementation of art, design, and code. 

You will primarily be responsible for coordinating the project across time zones with other members of management to bring together an indie project with a small team. You will report on the health and status of the team and tasks to other leads and management, as well as focus on creating, breaking down, and managing tasks to ensure features are implemented with quality. 

The ideal candidate for this Producer role will have at least 4 years of game development experience in an internal development production role. You will also require the following: 

  • Been credited on at least 1 shipped multi-platform title in a management position 
  • Demonstrated understanding of various Project Management methodologies, including Scrum/Agile 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA 
  • Ability to create a culture of quality and personal accountability throughout the development pipeline
