As a Principal Quest Designer at this studio in Leamington Spa, you will work with scripting and proprietary tools as you work alongside other disciplines to craft quests as well as open-world gameplay. Principal Quest Designer responsibilities: 

• Craft quests and open-world gameplay 
• Help develop quest design processes and pipelines 
• Be autonomous in your role 
• Mentor junior members of the team 
• Provide feedback on the team’s work 

Essential requirements for this role in Leamington Spa: 

• Experience in a Senior Quest or Gameplay Designer role, or similar 
• Have worked on a high profile, published AAA open-world/RPG game in a similar role 
• Extensive knowledge of key quest and open-world gameplay design 
• Skilled in C#, JavaScript or similar 
• Able to work autonomously with confidence 
• Passionate about games
