In your first few weeks in this brand management role, you can expect to: 

  • Utilise cross-departmental resources, assign, and manage staff resources, encourage, and energise the team, supervise the implementation, and create plans for the entire organisation 
  • Identify key brand concepts, target markets, user insights, growth pathways, etc; set target plans, milestones, KPIs, and budgets 
  • Develop core assets and growth content in a regional brand-building path, increasing brand awareness and buzz to drive revenue growth from global publishing operations 
  • Collaborate with the user research and localization management teams to collect player insights, understand, and respond to user feedback, and drive project iterations 

To apply for this brand development role, you will need a degree in marketing, advertising planning, or a related field and knowledge of global culture. You will also require: 

  • 5-8 years of solid brand management experience in the Internet branding or video game industries 
  • In-depth knowledge of game development processes and global entertainment trends
