Pre-Sales Solution Architect – 12878

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect in London you will be working to coordinate with Negotiations and Pricings teams to determine deal pricing and final proposal delivery as well as being responsible for staying current on competitors, market and industry trends, compliance developments and the companies capabilities. 


  • Degree level of education, preferably in a relevant field
  • Extensive relevant experience in a range of areas or related roles
  • In depth understanding of benefits, payroll, cloud and delivery models, administration platforms, Workday, and compliance considerations
  • Experience applying domain expertise in client delivery or sales
  • Organisational skills that allow for work in fast-paced environments and management of multiple concurrent opportunities
  • Able to communicate and consults effectively with negotiation skills and experience building and developing senior client relationships
  • Workday certification at time of hire with ongoing maintenance of certification


  • Maintaining expertise in domain products and services such as Weekday and Alights overall capabilities
  • Collaborating with delivery leaders to stay connected with the operations and delivery practices and sharing market insights
  • Collaborating with large market multi-solutions or complex solutions sales resources to develop and inform sales strategy
  • Primarily leading product solution scoping for large complex or single solution deals
  • Provides input to strategic questions and tailors materials and demo based on solutions
  • Conducting and leading effective solution demonstrations and documenting those solutions concisely and clearly throughout sales process
  • Reviews, updates, and provides input on RFP responses after initial draft is provided by the enablement team
