  • Create positioning, messaging frameworks and media outreach plans
  • Build targeted media and influencer lists across gaming, entertainment and technology sectors
  • Identify and develop compelling story angles for news, interviews, previews and feature opportunities
  • Execute media outreach through direct pitching, relationship management and PR platforms
  • Manage follow‑ups, coverage tracking and reporting across campaigns
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns including paid creator partnerships and sponsorship activity
  • Support media buying and wider promotional initiatives where required
  • Maintain and expand the agency's media and creator database
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging media opportunities
  • Measure campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Experience with media outreach and campaign management tools

  • Confidence managing relationships with media, creators and clients
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote environment

Nice to have

  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Relationship‑driven and proactive in outreach efforts
  • Strategic thinker who can translate campaign goals into results

Joe McKernan

Associate Director

Our Associate Director, Joe, joins Giles in heading up our Games and Interactive division, his passion springing from being blown away by the effects in Star Wars at a young age. His love hasn’t wavered and Joe always seems to bring out a new Star Wars t shirt every dress down we have! We are lucky to have him considering that he once got stuck half way up a mountain in Borneo so now he goes for flatter holidays – most recently driving across America in a Mustang.
