If you have mobile game design experience and you're seeking a new job in Los Angeles, Skillsearch wants to hear from you! We are helping a gaming company hire a full-time Player Experience Lead, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.  

In this Player Experience role, you will be responsible for improving the player user experience of the product in the North American market, including strengthening the product R&D team's understanding of local users in North America. 

In your first few weeks in this Interactive Designer role, you can expect to: 

  • Develop an understanding of the game experience habits of local players 
  • Analyse and evaluate the design advantages and disadvantages of North American mobile games 
  • Cooperate with domestic and foreign R&D teams and implement module functions in North America 
  • Participate in the research and formulate localization design specifications for different businesses and be responsible for the research of local competing products. 

Applicants will require a bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of interactive design experience in the game industry. You will also need the following: 

  • Familiarity with the interactive features of mobile operating systems (iOS, Andriod), and mature works 
  • Proficiency using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other related software 
  • Experience mastering interactive design methods such as flowcharts and wireframes.
