We are helping a collaborative company recruit a Pipeline Tester to work with some of the industry's leading studios, and the remote role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Pipeline TD, you will write tools, utilities, and solutions for the production pipeline to enhance current workflows and enable new workflows, features, and technologies. You will also be expected to maintain legacy technologies until phased out.
During your first few weeks in this Pipeline Developer role, you can expect to:
- Design, develop and maintain software, tools and utilities
- Test, document and deploy solutions
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, reusable, well documented code
- Code reviews and active part in tech discussions
Python and/or C++ and proficiency with one or more DCC packages, including Maya, are required to apply for this Pipeline TD position. You will also require proficiency with Maya SDK and 3+ years of experience in game pipeline development, VFX pipeline development, game development or related development environment. In addition, you should have expertise in database systems and management. Unreal Engine and C++ experience is a major bonus.
