Rani is our first consultant in North America and we’re super excited to have her waving the Skillsearch flag in Vancouver! When she’s not busy finding the best candidates in the games industry across the pond, Rani can be found working on her soy candle business and cuddling her Maltese, Louie. We’re looking forward to the day when she can meet our Brighton team in person!

Chay works alongside Katie and Ryan as a Games Programming Resourcer after a dramatic career change from being a plumber, so you can be sure to count on Chay to get you unstuck from an unideal job and smoothly into a new role! Don’t worry, he’s also got a gaming background with his favourite series being Modern Warfare and of course Crash Bandicoot, so with these combined skills he’s sure to bag you the role you’ve been waiting for!

Our Social Media Administrator, Emily is a key part of our marketing team – writing job ads, blogs, creating video content and more, allowing us to attract the best talent from all over the globe. We’re convinced she has gaming in her blood as she used to sell video games and VR headsets in a previous job (full circle moment!), not to mention the fact that she’s a talented poker player! Associate Director of Games and Interactive
Our Associate Director, Joe, joins Giles in heading up our Games and Interactive division, his passion springing from being blown away by the effects in Star Wars at a young age. His love hasn’t wavered and Joe always seems to bring out a new Star Wars t shirt every dress down we have! We are lucky to have him considering that he once got stuck half way up a mountain in Borneo so now he goes for flatter holidays – most recently driving across America in a Mustang.

Andy leads our Game Design and Production division on our games team and his favourite games are narrative-based, survivor horror and strategy so Andy is a great person to have on your side during a zombie apocalypse! Aside from gaming, his spare time is dedicated to trying lasagne from as many different Italian restaurants as humanly possible. Director of Games and Interactive
Giles runs our Gaming & Interactive division and specialises in forming tight knit teams, whether that’s for a studio or in our office. He represented his county at rugby for every age group from 12 onwards which no doubt helped him to cultivate his excellent understanding of team dynamics. Giles is known for his warmth and willingness to take time to work through any issues that may arise, although make sure you don’t try and share his food as then you won’t be getting a warm welcome – Giles doesn’t share food!

Emily specialises in Sales, Recruitment and Publishing in the Games Industry and is committed to being a great matchmaker for candidates & studios. He is one of the few people on the team that is a born and bred Brightonian. In fact he has never moved far - to the point where last time he moved, it was only 2 doors down from his old place!

Our CEO fitness fanatic and father of 3 Richard will be found running or in the gym every lunch as he says that’s the only place he ever gets any peace and quiet. Voted 9 out of 10 as a geek by the team Richards top 3 loves are Star Wars, Tottenham Hotspur and his family – although we aren’t sure in which order. Richard is the office oracle and says what he doesn’t know about recruitment isn’t worth knowing – we haven’t managed to prove him wrong yet!
