As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client(s) deadlines. You will also work with management to provide the best service to clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise to support a selection of clients.
In your first week in this Payroll Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
- Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook
- Update, maintain and enforce the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation
- Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing
To apply for this Payroll Specialist role, you will need a BA or BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also require the following:
- 2-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll for Belgium and Luxembourg in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or corporate environment
- Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and payroll
- HRIS knowledge - Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
