In your first few weeks in this Payroll Project Support Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
- Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls
- Be responsible for the resolution of technical and functional issues escalated from the team and ensuring all system issues/defects are reported correctly
- Work with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement continuous improvement programmes
To apply for this Payroll Project Support Specialist role, you will need solid knowledge of the various inputs and outputs, such as third-party applications, timekeeping, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll. You will also require the following:
- To speak Dutch
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR Practice or Corporate environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
- Prior HRIS/HCM knowledge of Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
