Our client is looking for a collaborative and dedicated Payroll Lead Specialist to join an inclusive and collaborative team on a remote basis. The role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As a Payroll Lead Specialist, you will support operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting clients' deadlines. You will also work with management to provide the best service to clients.
In your first few weeks in this Payroll Manager role, you can expect to:
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
- Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook
- Update, maintain and enforce the Defined Work Instructions DWIs and other process documentation
- Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing.
To apply for this Payroll Lead Specialist role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or corporate environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch and/or French
- The ability to identify and mitigate risks.
You'll receive an excellent salary of up to £55,000 and excellent benefits for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
