As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading client-facing functional discussions, capturing payroll configuration requirements, and ensuring seamless implementation aligned with best practices. This role offers the chance to work on an innovative product that enhances payroll accuracy, minimises downtime, and streamlines compliance processes.
Lead client-facing functional discussions, supporting project kick-offs and requirement gathering.
Work closely with clients to capture payroll configuration details and finalise implementation workbooks.
Identify deviations from standard payroll processes and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with the product team to configure payroll solutions tailored to client needs.
Validate payroll solutions and integrations through rigorous testing cycles.
Perform data validations, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and accuracy in processing.
Coordinate defect resolution with relevant teams.
Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support to operational payroll teams.
Contribute to project planning, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Support data mapping, integration issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Oversee knowledge transfer to delivery teams and operational payroll staff.
Experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll and compliance regulations, including tax and legislation.
Hands-on experience with payroll implementation projects, from planning to execution.
Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to document and articulate client requirements effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative and feasible solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
