Are you an enterprise Partnership Manager who knows how to protect core revenue while expanding strategic gaming accounts across North America?

We’re hiring a Partnership Manager (North America) to own revenue stewardship and account growth across a portfolio of publisher and developer partners. This role is focused on strengthening long-term relationships, increasing service penetration, and expanding strategic footprint across QA, LQA, localisation, audio, art, player support, and co-development services.

About the role...

This is a commercially focused account leadership position for someone who can balance growth with stability in a changing market. You’ll own performance across assigned enterprise accounts, identify and activate new service opportunities, and work closely with global delivery teams across EU and APAC to ensure strong execution and long-term retention.

You’ll be expected to operate confidently with senior stakeholders, maintain forecast discipline, and act as a strategic partner — not a transactional vendor.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own revenue performance across assigned North American gaming accounts
  • Monitor revenue trends and proactively identify risk, churn signals, and erosion
  • Protect margin integrity through disciplined commercial discussions
  • Build and execute structured account plans aligned to long-term growth
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across QA, LQA, localisation, audio, art, player support, and co-development
  • Activate new service lines within existing accounts in partnership with Solutions and Delivery teams
  • Drive cross-service expansion while maintaining relationship stability and trust
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across production, operations, and procurement stakeholders
  • Engage senior decision-makers (VP, Studio Head, SVP level) and lead executive-level conversations
  • Run structured business reviews where appropriate, supported by data and performance outcomes
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure opportunities meet qualification standards
  • Provide rolling forecast visibility (minimum 60–90 days) and escalate risks early
  • Coordinate closely with global delivery leadership on capacity, margin, pricing, and positioning
  • Ensure smooth handover from commercial opportunity to delivery execution

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise account management experience within gaming or adjacent services
  • Proven track record expanding within existing accounts (land-and-expand)
  • Experience managing multi-service portfolios and cross-functional solutions
  • Strong commercial judgement, especially in volatile or fast-changing markets
  • Confidence building executive relationships and navigating complex stakeholder groups
  • Experience operating in a global matrix organisation with distributed delivery teams
  • Strong forecasting discipline and CRM ownership
  • A structured, responsible approach to growth that prioritises long-term partnerships

Nice to have:

  • Background selling or managing services such as QA, LQA, localisation, player support, art, audio, or co-development
  • Existing network across North American publishers and studios
  • Experience leading account planning, QBRs, and multi-service expansion programmes
