Skillsearch is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Oracle HCM Payroll Support Consultant who is ready to practice in a hands-on, client-facing service delivery role. The support team in London works remotely, however, there is an expectation to travel to the client site, and/or head office in Langstone, Wales or to our satellite office in Guildford when required. This is a 3-month contract outside IR35 that comes with a favourable hourly rate.
A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience is required, preferably across a number of clients in both the public and private sectors.
If you were already in this Payroll Support Consultant role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
- Supporting or running Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues
- Reviewing the impact of the Oracle cloud quarterly updates and identifying enhancements that would benefit clients
To apply for this Payroll Consultant role, you will need experience in supporting or running Oracle Cloud Payroll. You will also require expertise in supporting large complex solutions with multiple stakeholders. In addition, you should have Oracle Application experience in any of the Oracle releases. Additional requirements include:
- Strong HCM and Payroll experience
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels
- A proven track record of working in a team
- The ability to build long-lasting strong client relationships
