Oracle Order Management & Shipping Lead

Are you an experienced Oracle ERP professional with a deep understanding of Order Management and Shipping? We are seeking an Oracle Order Management & Shipping Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Order Management and Shipping solutions for a major project. In this role, you will work closely with the client, ensuring that business needs are fully translated into effective and scalable Oracle solutions.

This is a high-impact position that requires strong expertise in Oracle ERP, including Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and Shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, with strong skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and client consultation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Order Management and Shipping systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Develop system requirements, prototypes, and functional specifications to implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams and business users to ensure seamless execution and support of the Oracle system.
• Produce clear and concise documentation for design, training, and administration purposes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in Oracle processes, avoiding customizations wherever possible.
• Provide expert consultation to client management, ensuring satisfaction and solution scalability.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management and Shipping, including system design and configuration.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and SCM.
• Proven track record of leading at least five full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in ERP troubleshooting and debugging.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
