Oracle HCM Business Analyst

A global technology consultancy is offering a 6-month contract (with the potential to become permanent) for an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst. This role is based onsite in Luxembourg and is open exclusively to EU Nationals. As part of the HR system transition, the successful candidate will assist in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud, helping to optimise the knowledge management process and align it with the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing knowledge gaps and recommend improvements for the transition to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Evaluate the functionalities within Oracle HCM and draft design principles for knowledge management.
• Manage unpublished items, archiving outdated documents, and reviewing content that requires updates.
• Define the structure, tone, and language for new knowledge management articles and procedures.
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure the accuracy and relevance of new content.
• Develop knowledge management manuals, handbooks, and guidelines aligned with the new HR system.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in HR or similar systems, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge management skills, including drafting content and developing documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Must be an EU National willing to work onsite in Luxembourg City.
