Our client is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM (Recruitment Cloud) Consultant to be responsible for leading the successful design, implementation, and support of HCM cloud solutions for a range of clients. This is a full-time UK-based role, and it offers a salary of £75,000.
This is an opportunity for an experienced HCM system professional to develop their career in an area that is seeing considerable market demand right now.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Liaise with major stakeholders, delivery teams, support teams and 3rd parties, and establish effective relationships with the clients’ project teams
- Shape major HCM assignments aimed at achieving demonstrable business benefits
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to determine process pain points and diagnose how HCM Cloud can provide value and ROI
- Design, build, test and deliver Oracle Cloud HR and talent.
To succeed in this flexible role, you should have client-facing or consultancy experience together with proven, full lifecycle implementation experience in delivering Oracle-based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients. You will also need the following:
- Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle recruiting cloud
- At least one of the following: Core HR, Profile Management (Talent Profile), Performance & Goals Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Cloud Learning, HR Helpdesk, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labour
- Experience in Applications Security, Approvals, and HCM Experience Design Studio functionality and configuration
- UK based, with a willingness to travel and be away from home, and to obtain SC level clearance.
