As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of our client's business operations. You will own all policies and procedures, including information security and data privacy, to ensure compliance. Occasional travel is required.
To give you an idea of how this Operations Manager role will look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors
- Coordinate all IT support requests and maintain an IT inventory
- Set client and project codes, manage consultant access, produce reports and promote continuous improvement through implementing new system features and functionality
- Own and run weekly Operations Management meetings
You will need proven experience working in a similar discipline or role with a transferable skillset to apply for this Operations Manager role. We are also looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
