Are you an Office Manager looking for a role in a multi-cultural and growing team? If you want to put your excellent organisational skills to work this could be the perfect role for you!

As an Office Manager in Amsterdam, you will be working in the buzzing business hub in the south-eastern part of the city. You will be responsible for the general organisation of the office as well as the planning of activities, ordering of supplies, scheduling of travel arrangements and, reporting directly to the Head of HR & GA EMEA.

This AAA studio is home to one of the bestselling games of all time and is made up of a tight team of talented individuals. 4 years after the release of their flagship title, which is one of the highest selling games of all time, they are now working on a brand new, highly anticipated project...   • Previous experience as an Office Manager or other relevant role
  • Excellent communicator in both English and Dutch within a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail


  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Office issues and liaising with facility management vendors such as cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Planning any in-house or off-site activities such a company events for employees and scheduling any meetings and appointments
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to employees including the ordering of equipment
  • Managing the Amsterdam offices telephone centre and addressing the queries
