Office Coordinator in London 

Do you have experience in an office administrative role within the games or other creative industries? Does the idea of supporting a talented team and playing a pivotal role within the studio appeal to you? If so, read on! 

As the Office Coordinator at this game studio in London, you will take on a varied role as you support the team’s efforts to grow through organising events, overseeing budgets, arranging deliveries and travel, and other day to day administrative duties as required. 

This indie studio has enjoyed great success over the last 15 years working on their own IP as well as award-winning third-party titles for some of the biggest brands out there! Office Coordinator responsibilities: 

  • Day to day admin duties 
  • Organise quarterly social events 
  • Oversee the social fund 
  • Arrange travel to conferences and events 
  • Manage office budgets and make purchases as required 
  • Organise deliveries to and from remote staff 
  • Arrange interviews 
  • Look after some HR and staff welfare practices 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

  • Significant prior professional experience in the games or creative industries 
  • Experience working with stakeholders (internal and external) 
  • Experience handling professional budgets and travel 
  • Experience coordinating recruitment efforts 
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
