CONTRACT - 6 months - HAMPSHIRE - IMMEDIATE START - £475 PER DAY

Microsoft Azure (Big Data) Developer needed to:

  • Design data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ideally Databricks)
  • Develop frameworks for ingesting of data sets
  • Integrate the end to end data pipeline
  • Work with streaming technologies to ingest and process data
  • Evaluate the performance and applicability of multiple tools against customer requirements
  • Work within an Agile/DevOps methodology to deliver proof of concepts

What you will need to apply for this contract:

  • Microsoft Azure certification.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform
  • Experience with other Open Source big data products Hadoop (incl. Hive, Pig, Impala)
  • Experience with NoSQL or other Open Source data repositories
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data including imaging & geospatial data.
  • Experience working in a Dev/Ops environment
