Remote Localisation Specialist – Russia

As a Localisation Specialist at this studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely as you work to translate game content and articles into Russian, perform quality control to ensure all content is translated to a high standard, generally supporting the Localisation Project Manager and more.

Localisation Specialist responsibilities: 

• Translate game content, news articles and other requests into Russian 
• Work on quality control of content provided by peers 

• Proofread and edit game content, news articles and documentation 
• Support the Localisation Project Manager in coordinating and translating tasks and projects 
• Improve the quality of localised content 
• Test and give feedback on new content and games 

Essential requirements for this remote role: 

• Passionate about games (especially Battle Royale) 
• Significant prior experience in localisation, linguistics, translation, interpretation, or similar 
• Fluent in Russian and English 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiar with project management software 
• Familiar with internally used CAT tools
