Are you an organised and detail-driven producer with a passion for delivering exceptional gaming experiences to players across Asia?

This role offers the opportunity to support the full production and publishing lifecycle of localised titles, ensuring every release is culturally relevant, high-quality, and tailored to regional audiences.

The role...

You’ll oversee localisation workflows from planning to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver polished, region-appropriate content. Working closely with development, QA, marketing, and PR teams, you’ll manage assets, timelines, and communication streams while providing valuable cultural insight to shape market-specific decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple regions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee localisation projects from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and internal production teams to define localisation goals and project requirements.
  • Manage localisation assets, milestones, and workflows throughout the publishing cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to support messaging, launch plans, and regional strategies.
  • Provide cultural insight into player preferences, sensitivities, and behaviour across Asian markets.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry in production or project management (PC, console, or mobile).
  • Strong organisational skills and proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with modern localisation and production tools such as MemoQ, JIRA, and AI-supported software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Asian markets including Japan, China, and Korea, and their content requirements.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified). Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Passion for video games and awareness of both Asian and global gaming trends.
