Live Operations Manager in London

As a Live Operations Manager at this studio in London, you will look after revenue, DAU, retention KPIs, plan monetisation strategies and generally work to encourage and motivate players to continue to play, with the goal of increasing player engagement. 

This fast-growing studio home to a bunch of industry veterans is on a mission to create the best mobile games around through their tight-knit, collaborative environment. Live Operations Manager responsibilities: 

  • Develop promotional routines in the game 
  • Work on QA, creative development and operational launch 
  • Monitor the performance and react accordingly 
  • Look after ad-hoc activity such as A/B tests, live ops, CRM activities and more 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

  • Significant prior experience as a Marketing Manager, CRM, Brand Manager, Ecommerce Manager or similar 
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills 
  • Able to present data clearly to support business decisions 
  • Experience performing A/B tests
